Please describe your company/project in 2 sentences.
ICO crowdfunding platform that applies all-round compliance and project managing for the enrolled entities. We use 6 methods to create a safer ICO investment environment.
Why did you decide that blockchain should be the basis of your project?
We do believe that that future is in the blockchain technology. That's why we've decided to come up with a solution that supports its further development.
Why did you launch the ICO? Was it the only option to collect the funds?
We're not really an ICO. The platform is already under development and it will be released independently from the token sale. We're just offering our token XBZ at a very reasonable price at this moment.
Briefly describe your team. Why these people became the engine of your project?
Our CEO Norbert, and me came up with the idea after many bad personal experiences in the ICO crowdfunding segments. We've found Balázs Simó and Gergely Kucsera who are very dedicated to develop something game changer. Luigi Ferramenti and Ferenc Mrlyak are an experienced business men who helps us find new investors and create a stable financal environment for the company.
What are the main centerpiece and the highlight of your project? What will attract the investors' attention?
I believe our main selling point is that we manage and monitor the companies during and after sale period and they only receive their funds in installments. They way we can guarantee to the investors that they won't lost all their invested funds if the company stops its operation.
What are your thoughts about ICO marketing? Can it be really effective due to all the restrictions and other phenomenas?
The main reason of ICO marketing restrictions is the huge amount of frauds that happened over the past few years. Our goal is to reduce these kind of fraudulent activities and make this segment much more safe. By the way, if we can prove our trustworthiness over time investors would use BlokBiz more likely for ICO investments, thus only by appearing on our site is a huge marketing opportunity for the companies.
Why is your project better than your competitors?
Because we are not just a listing portal with 2000+ ICOs. We do serious compliance check and project managing. Only to appear on our site we demand 14 official company and due diligence document and a thorough interview with the whole team.
We check their budget plan, the viability of the project and the professionalism of the team members. It's not easy to pass but it's free of charge (we only take 2% commission from the funded amount) and it really gives the company some serious credibility.
What are the major ways of monetization for your project?
2% Commission from the companies if they are checked and managed, 1% commission from the investors at each investment (It can be reduced to 0,5% if they buy our token XBZ), and doing only compliance check to companies who doesn't want to be managed. (That will be a fix price.)
Which markets are the most attractive for you right now? Do you take in consideration the USA and other countries with the legal restrictions for the crypto crowdfundings?
We are aiming for Europe, Asia at the beginning.
Describe your project in 3 years? Will it change something in the world?
Our goal is to make a reliable site where the investors know that the projects they are looking at are carefully checked and managed and they won't lose all of their funds if something happens to the project they're investing in.
I want to make these kind of methods as a standard in the ICO market and I hope there will be many other companies in this segment that will provide the same solutions because of the high demand from the investors.
